1808 Regency Gown

This gown was made over the course of a week, and probably would have taken longer if it hadn’t been for the fact that I was snowed into my house and couldn’t leave for 5 days. All in all, it took about 25 hours, 28 if including the underskirt that was made to go along with it. It was made from a modified pattern and involved a lot of handsewing and pricking myself when trying to attach lace and ribbon.

There is one post detailing the construction of this costume.
